A gratitude journal is a great way to focus on the positives in your life.


1. Pick Your Journal

  • Choose something you enjoy using. It can be a notebook, an app, or a document on your computer.

2. Set a Time

  • Pick a time to write each day, like morning or evening, and stick to it.

3. Write Three Things

  • Each day, jot down three things you’re grateful for, no matter how small.

4. Be Specific

  • Add little details to make your entries more meaningful, like “I’m grateful for the cozy family dinner we had.”

5. Keep It Fresh

  • Look for new things each day, even in challenges, to avoid repeating yourself.
